What if the product arrives damaged?
If any print-on-demand merchandise arrives damaged or has a serious quality issue, we can help.
You can contact us by e-mailing marlow@educationislit.com and we'd be happy to issue a refund or replace the product at no cost to you.
Please include the following in the e-mail:
- Your name
- The e-mail address used for the order
- Your order number
- An image of the damaged or poor quality item (Refunds/Replacements will not be made if no picture is provided OR if the picture provided does not show the item is damaged or has a serious quality issue!)
- Please answer the following question: Are you choosing a refund or replacement?
Email's must be received no more than 3 days (72 hours) after the delivery date. Refund/replacement irequests made for a damaged item more than 72 hours after delivery will not be issued.
What if an order is lost in the mail?
If your order has not been delivered or if an order has been confirmed to be lost by the mail carrier, please contact our team as soon as possible by emailing marlow@educationislit.com
We will happily send a replacement order, free of charge. But, we do require that these missing packages be reported within 4 weeks of the date it was shipped.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to restrictions regarding shipping, we will not be able to ship any print-on-demand products to the following countries:
- Cuba
- Iran
- Crimea
- Syria
- North Korea
