Due to the non-returnable nature of a digital product being immediately accessible when downloaded, all sales of digital products are final and non-refundable once the order is accomplished and the product download link is sent and used. Requests for a refund can be sent to marlow@educationislit.com within the period of 3 days after the order is placed. Your request must include a detailed and grounded reason(s) why you are applying for a refund.
Due to each product being custom printed at the time of your order, customers are not able to return or exchange any items.
If an item cannot be delivered or is rejected, it will come back to our production facility. All items that are returned to the facility will be donated to charity.

Email's must be received no more than 3 days (72 hours) after delivery. Refund/replacement requests made for a damaged item more than 72 hours after delivery will not be issued.
Upon determining that you are entitled to a refund pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
Certain of the Company’s products and services are offered on an ongoing basis with a monthly or yearly subscription. Users may cancel subscriptions at any time by emailing marlow@educationislit.com
Your subscription shall continue until the end of the existing subscription period and shall terminate at the completion of that period. You shall not be charged after a cancellation.
